The Butterfly Nebula IC 1318 in Cygnus

This intriguing feature is a section of the right wing of The Butterfly Nebula.  The entire 'insect' is but a small piece of sprawling emission nebulosity surrounding the star Gamma Cygni, popularly named Sadr.  Gamma Cyg is the central star of Cygnus the Swan's wing.
