IC 405 and IC 410 Nebulae
Flaming Star and Tadpole in Auriga
are a gorgeous and interesting pair of emission nebulae. IC 410, at left, contains a neat pair of dark, dust structures called the Tadpoles.
IC 405, at right, features beautiful veins of purple gasses.
Thanks to my friend and client, Richard Payne for acquiring and calibrating this fine data.
