NGC 7771 Galactic Group

Picture
NGC 7769, 7770, and 7771 in Pegasus

are a gravitationally bound galaxy group, 200,000,000 light years from Earth. The group's namesake, NGC 7771 is the barred spiral at left. Immediately below it is the smaller NGC 7770. The face-on spiral at right is NGC 7769. I managed to salvage some rather weak data from my days at New Mexico Skies. The focal length of 2.6 meters was insufficient to really do these objects justice.
